Author Guidelines

CJAHS welcomes contributions that are relevant to the science or practice of Allied Health and Rehabilitation sciences. We highly recommend to carefully read the Guidelines and Downloads the relevant forms before submissions.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Plagiarism Policy

All anti-plagiarism policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by HEC shall be adopted and fully implemented. HEC also issues notifications from time to time as an ongoing activity. Therefore, all such notifications shall be deliberated at the appropriate forum(s) of the journal for adoption/adaptation in light of the journal's structure/settings.

Turnitin

Turnitin is an internet-based plagiarism detection service, used globally to check plagiarism. It helps students, faculty, researchers, etc., to determine a similarity index of the submitted documents. HEC is incessantly advising to use Turnitin for checking plagiarism in assignments, papers, and reports etc.

Privacy Statement

CJAHS is fully committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all personal information provided by authors, reviewers, readers, and editorial members. Recognizing that trust is essential in scholarly communication, the journal adheres to strict privacy standards in line with the ethical guidelines of COPE, ICMJE, and HEC. All personal data collected during submission, peer review, and publication, including names, affiliations, contact details, ORCID iDs, institutional information, and communications with the editorial office, is maintained with the highest level of confidentiality. This information is used solely for editorial purposes. It will not be disclosed, shared, or sold to any third parties outside the journal’s legitimate operations, except where required by law or with the individual's explicit consent.
